Service Providers and Subprocessors

This page lists the third parties that process personal data in connection with the Neo-Invest.AI website, so that anyone whose data we handle can see who else is involved. A provider engaged directly by us acts as our processor or service provider; that provider's own downstream providers are subprocessors.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, infrastructure security and email services. Relevant processing currently takes place primarily in the United Kingdom and Ireland regions described in our Privacy Notice. The applicable AWS contracting entity and contractual safeguards are recorded in our supplier documentation.

Processing or operational access outside the UK may occur through AWS and its subprocessors; the safeguards above apply. We do not claim that processing is UK-only.

Additional providers — including any language-model provider for the product under development — are listed only after their data processing agreement is in place and their role, regions and transfer position are verified. An unsigned or provisional arrangement is not listed. This list reflects what we have verified; it is reviewed reviewed annually and after any service, region or subprocessor change.

This page is updated when a provider is added or removed, with the change reflected in the document version above.
