Accessibility
Our accessibility status, stated honestly.
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 AA. This statement reflects testing actually carried out, not an aspiration.
Scope
This statement covers the public neo-invest.ai marketing website. The NeoInvest application is in development and is not yet covered.
Current status
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Conformance is claimed only for what has actually been tested, broken down below. A perfect automated score is not a conformance result: automated tooling detects a minority of WCAG criteria, and the ones it cannot check are largely the ones that matter most to assistive-technology users. Last reviewed 2026-07-19.
Automated checks — completed
Lighthouse accessibility audits score 100 on mobile and desktop for the homepage. Programmatic WCAG 2.2 AA colour-contrast testing passes across all 29 public routes, measuring rendered colours rather than declared tokens. Layout and reflow are verified at 1440, 1280, 1024, 768, 430, 390 and 360 pixels with no horizontal overflow.
Manual keyboard checks — completed
Tab traversal, skip link, visible focus, mobile-menu focus containment, Escape handling and focus restoration have been exercised manually.
VoiceOver — not yet tested
No VoiceOver and Safari pass has been carried out. Announcement order, landmark navigation and form-error announcement are unverified on this combination.
NVDA — not yet tested
No NVDA and Chrome pass has been carried out.
Zoom and reflow — partially tested
Reflow is verified programmatically down to 360 pixels. Browser zoom at 200% and 400% has not been manually verified, and text-spacing overrides have not been tested.
Known issues
Two lists previously lost their semantics because an animation wrapper was placed between the list element and its items; assistive technology reported them as empty. Fixed on 20 July 2026. No other issues are currently known — but with two screen readers untested, absence of known issues is not evidence of absence of issues.
What has been tested
Automated accessibility checks, programmatic contrast measurement across every text and surface pairing, semantic landmark and heading structure, and reduced-motion behaviour.
Known issues
Manual screen-reader testing with VoiceOver and NVDA has not yet been completed. Zoom and reflow behaviour at 200% and 400% has not been manually verified. Until those audits are done, undiscovered issues may remain.
Planned fixes
Manual keyboard, screen-reader, magnification and zoom audits are scheduled before public launch. This statement will be updated with the audit date and findings.
What we have implemented
Skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks, logical heading order, visible focus indicators, keyboard-operable navigation and accordions, form labels with field-level errors, reduced-motion support, and colour that is never the sole indicator of state.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the contact page so we can prioritise a fix.
We do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Automated tooling and a Lighthouse score of 100 are not certification, and screen-reader testing remains outstanding.
