These terms govern your use of neo-invest.ai (the "Site"), operated by Neo-Invest.AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17358165), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Neo-Invest.AI is a product in development. No product or regulated service is currently offered, and joining the waitlist does not create any contract or entitlement to a service.
Neo-Invest.AI Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. When our tools launch they will provide analytics, information and educational content only. We do not and will not provide personal recommendations or regulated investment advice, and we do not sell, distribute or promote financial products.
All content on the Site — including figures, charts, product previews and Academy articles — is for general information and education. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, objectives or needs, and must not be relied on as the basis for any financial decision.
All figures shown in product previews are illustrative and do not represent real accounts, real holdings or expected results. The value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change. If you need advice, consult a financial adviser authorised by the FCA.
You may join the waitlist by submitting an email address you own and consenting to receive updates. We may contact you about launch, early access and Academy content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may close, pause or prioritise the waitlist at our discretion, and we cannot guarantee that early access will be offered to everyone.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, submitting other people's personal data without authority, or using the Site in any unlawful way.
The Site, its content, design, and the Neo-Invest.AI name and logo are owned by or licensed to Neo-Invest.AI Ltd. You may read and share our Academy articles with attribution and a link, but you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
We provide the Site "as is" and do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update the Site and these terms as the product develops. The version published here is the version that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
