Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of neo-invest.ai (the "Site"), the NeoInvest mobile app, and any account you create in it — together, the "Service". The Service is operated by Neo-Invest.AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17358165), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. Development status and regulatory position

NeoInvest is a product in development. The mobile app and the accounts in it are offered as they stand today, and we may change or withdraw features as the product develops. No regulated service is offered at all. Using the Service does not entitle you to any particular feature, to uninterrupted availability, or to a service being kept as it is.

Neo-Invest.AI Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. When our tools launch they will provide analytics, information and educational content only. We do not and will not provide personal recommendations or regulated investment advice, and we do not sell, distribute or promote financial products.

3. No advice, no reliance

All content on the Service — including figures, charts, product previews, Academy articles, and anything the app calculates from what you import or type in — is for general information and education. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, objectives or needs, and must not be relied on as the basis for any financial decision.

All figures shown in product previews are illustrative and do not represent real accounts, real holdings or expected results. The value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change. If you need advice, consult a financial adviser authorised by the FCA.

Tax figures are informational, not tax advice. The app's tax tools — including the capital gains scenario tool — produce estimates from the figures you give them. They apply published allowances and rates from a signed register of sources, but they do not know your full circumstances, they cannot see income or disposals you have not entered, and they do not account for every rule that might apply to you. They are there to help you understand a position, not to tell you what your liability is. HMRC will calculate what you owe based on what you report — so treat anything here as a working estimate to check, not as your liability. If it matters, consider speaking to a tax or financial adviser authorised by the FCA.

4. Launch list (closed)

This website used to offer a launch list. We closed it on 16 August 2026: there is no way to sign up, and the records it held have been deleted. We hold no address from it.

5. Your account

You must be 18 or over to open an account. The Service is not for children, and we do not knowingly let anyone under 18 create one. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

You create an account by signing in with your email address or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox or that Google account secure, because either of them is enough to get into yours. Give us an address you actually control, and tell us at hello@neo-invest.ai if you think someone else has reached your account.

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, without asking us — how to do it is written out here. Deleting it removes the account and the data that belongs to it at the same time, not on a later cycle, and it cannot be undone; copies in our encrypted backups fall out within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms, and we will say why unless we are legally unable to.

6. Subscriptions

Nothing is on sale yet. There is no paid plan you can buy today, and no charge is made for anything in the app. This clause sets out how a subscription would work when one exists, so that the rules are written down before money is involved rather than after. What a paid plan will cost, and what it will include, are not stated here yet — they will be added to these terms before anything can be bought, and to the store listing at the same time.

Where you would buy it, and who takes the payment. A subscription would be sold through the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. That means the store takes the payment, holds the payment method, and issues the receipt. We never see your card details.

Automatic renewal. Store subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn renewal off, and the store charges the account you bought it with. Turning renewal off is done in your Apple or Google account settings, not in our app — we cannot cancel it for you. If you turn it off, you keep what you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling and your right to change your mind. You can cancel at any time in your store account. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel a purchase, are not affected by anything in these terms.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store under the store's own policy, because the store took the payment. If a refund is due, you claim it from Apple or Google. We can help you work out what happened, but we cannot refund a payment we did not receive.

Restoring a purchase. A subscription belongs to the store account that bought it. If you reinstall the app, change device, or sign in again, you restore it from the store rather than buying it a second time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to anyone else's account, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, submitting other people's personal data without authority, uploading files you have no right to share, using the Service to build a competing product, or using it in any unlawful way.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and the NeoInvest name and logo are owned by or licensed to Neo-Invest.AI Ltd. You may read and share our Academy articles with attribution and a link, but you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Liability

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available", and do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that anything it calculates is free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content — including any tax figure it produces. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms as the product develops. The version published here is the version that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
